Terms & Conditions
  • DELIVERY PERIOD:
    10days from the Date of order with advance payment.


  • WARRANTY:
    Up to 12 months from the date of installation. Preventive maintenance after every 90 days during warranty period.


  • POST WARRANTY:
    We will under take out of warranty maintenance contract for one year after expiry of warranty on 10% on cost of equipment during which period we will depute our engineer on a quarterly basis for servicing of the equipment & carrying out preventive predictive maintenance in addition to any breakdown calls.


  • TRAINING OF YOUR PERSONNAL:
    We will impart training to your person on operation of the system at your premises.


  • TAXES:
    extra as applicable


  • PAYMENT TERMS:
    Delivery against P.O. 50% advance payment 40% after delivery of equipment and balance 10%after installation with in one week. Payment to be made by Cheque/DD in favour of EXCEL TELECOM.


  • WORK EXCLUDEDS:
    All civil work & carpenter work.


  • UTILITY REQUIREMENTS:
    Supply of power near equipments in 1 meter distance of range 190-250 V.AC(50Hz.)


  • VALIDITY:
    45 days from date of offer.


AMC Terms & Conditions
  • 1. We shall attend to such complaints, defects as may be pointed out to us by the party during the contract period, specific request from the party.


  • The agreement to carry out service is not transferable. We reserve the right to terminate the contract in case of charge of ownership, location of the installation or equipment being handled by an unauthorized person and in that event the service contract charges paid is not liable to be refunded.


  • We shall not be responsible for any damage caused due to mishandling of the system. In the event of a dispute as to whether the damage was caused by mishandling of the system or not, out decision based on the reports of our Service Engineer, shall be final and binding on the Party. For carrying out the repairs of the system in such circumstances, all the expenses incurred by our Serving Staff shall be charged extra including components traveling expenses etc. Any damage to the equipment caused by voltage fluctuation and natural clematis would be repaired by EXCEL TELECOM at the cost of the customer.


  • We shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect that may be caused on account of the delay in attending to the defects, servicing etc. consequent upon which the Party may be deprived of the use of the system.


  • This contract is confined to replacement of parts in the exchange and does not include replacements of installation, cable and shifting of sets from one point to another.


  • This contract is confined in Electronic Intercom System/EPABX System only including Battery charger and does not repair/replacements and maintenance of batteries which has to be done by the party.


  • The service contract will be in force for a period of 12 months from the date of expiry of the warranty period/service contract period.


  • The service contract shall deem to be enforced from the date of clearance of all our pending bills and other relevant documents.
